Can't wait to see the sweater modeled. It looks gorgeous! Isn't that the way it is, though? I always seem to finish lovely worsted weight sweaters just in time forspring.


That's a pretty sweater. I'm surprised that you're having such warm weather. You may have to resort to sock-knitting this summer! After all, a less complicated pattern or a vest will knit up quickly enough for you to manage a couple of 2-sweater months later in the year.


That is beautiful! What? You don't want to model a sweater in 86 degree weather? What kind of knitter are you? :)


I'm so far behind on my blog reading I hadn't seen any progress on this one... WOW. It's so beautiful!!! I love the cable rib pattern... seriously this is a great knit.

Beautiful! Reminiscent of Starmore's St. Kilda, only a finer pattern.
