Seraphim looks lovely; can't wait to see it blocked. I'm waveing between Seraphim and Icarus. Just can't decide. Maybe yours will convince me one way or the other. :-) I find my stockinette knitting to be most even in combined knitting too. But like you, I still generally use straight continental on lace to avoid having to rethink the decreases.


Pretty shawl, I can't wait to see it blocked! I just bought that pattern. I'm as bad about stashing patterns as I am about stashing yarn.


Way to go! I am looking forward to seeing it blocked! (Splitty wool stinks, doesn't it?)


oh wow, i can't believe i didn't meet you at rhinebeck—we will definitely have to make a date for this year!


and another thing—i've ahd both good and ba expperiences with vintage yarns, so keep trying!
